Refining a recognised brand

When we began working with Dr Zoe, Emu Park Chiropractic had a simple graphic serving as their logo. Recognising that the brand already had strong community recognition, Dr Zoe wanted to build on this foundation rather than start from scratch.

We embraced the existing blues and teals featured in the clinic’s interior and online presence, developing an ocean-inspired palette that introduced striking gradients and ensured consistent colour use across all materials and signage.

To enhance brand recognition, we refined the logo by softening the lines to a neutral grey and incorporating the business name. We provided versatile logo variations—including full-colour, single-colour, and monochrome options—available in both stacked and horizontal formats for greater flexibility.

For typography, we selected Titillium as the hero font: a clean, sans-serif typeface that’s easy to read, with both thin and bold weights to achieve a balanced and visually appealing aesthetic.

Mobile-First Design with a Focus on Conversions

We partnered with Emu Park Chiropractic to completely refresh their website, hosted on Wix. By analysing the existing site’s traffic, we found that 83% of users were visiting via mobile, so we took a mobile-first approach to ensure a fully responsive design that works seamlessly across all devices.

Since the primary conversion point for the clinic is booking appointments, we added a sticky "Book Online" button—keeping the option just one click away. This creates a smooth user experience while increasing booking conversions for Emu Park Chiropractic.

To maintain brand consistency, we integrated the updated colours and fonts throughout the site, giving it a fresh and cohesive look. We also focused on content quality and accessibility to improve SEO, crafting tailored copy for all meta descriptions and ensuring the site meets best practices for both users and search engines.
